Belle Pointe Estates Annual Assessment is levied and due January 1st of each year. However, a late charge will not be assessed for non-payment of the Assessment until April 11 of each year.
Annual Dues:
The current association dues are $500.00 annually.
Lots without a house are billed 1% of operating expenses. (Bylaws Article H Sec 8)
A $25.00 late fee will be applied to your bill at the 11th of each new month if your Annual Assessment is not paid in full.
Payment Method:
Mail a check to Belle Pointe Estates, 33228 W. 12 Mile Rd #294, Farmington Hills, Michigan, 48334 with the payment coupon and your lot number or house address written on the check.
