Due to recent storms and flooding damages, a special bulk trash collection has been arranged on consecutive weekends:
Saturday, September 2
Sunday, September 3
Saturday, September 9
Sunday, September 10
It is recommended that items are placed curbside the Friday prior to pick up.
These items DO NOT need to be in an approved WM container for the special collection.
Excludes items containing freon (fridges, freezers, ac units, etc.)
Extended office hours are being offered to obtain landfill passes.
Pickup passes at Township Hall, 46425 Tyler, Van Buren Twp.
The hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:
Tuesday, August 29
Wednesday, August 30
Thursday, August 31
You will need your driver’s license or other photo identification to verify your residency in the Township to receive a landfill pass. Please contact the Public Services Department for any additional questions or guidance on preparing materials for pickup Call 734-699-8926.
